HEY!

We want you to love your order...whether that be your beautiful new handmade bag, t-shirt quilt or embroidery kit. If something isn't quite right though, we're here to help! Below is some information about our shipping and returns process.

REFUND POLICY

  • Having second thoughts? No worries! You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your item.

  • Make sure your item is in its original condition, unused, and packed up just like it came.

  • Don’t forget to have your proof of purchase handy (like your receipt or order number).

  • We don't accept all items for returns though...scroll down for more.

THE NO-GO LIST

We do not accept returns on customized items or downloadable goods. This includes personalized quilts. If you have an issue...reach out to us and we can figure out how to make things right together!

SHIPPING

Products that are in stock are usually shipping in 2-3 business days.  Made to order items such as leather bags and t-shirt quilts, take a little longer to make perfect! Refer to the product listing page for specific information on turn-around time or reach out to me at ashleyponder@southernsewingco.com

RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you do need to send something back to us...which I hope you don't...here are a few things:

  • Shipping charges are not negotiable. You'll have to talk to USPS about this one!

  • You are in charge of the return shipping.

  • The price of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise mentioned.
